CANCELLATION POLICY

In accordance with current consumer and user protection regulations, the customer may request the cancellation of their order within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the order has not been prepared, processed or dispatched by our logistics team.

Once the order has entered the preparation phase or has been dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel it using this procedure.

To exercise their right of withdrawal or request the cancellation of an order, the customer must send an email to web@ganzitos.com indicating the following information:

• Full name.

• Order number.

• Reason for cancellation.

Once the request has been received, we will review the status of the order and confirm by email if the cancellation can be made. If the cancellation proceeds, the corresponding refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
