The customer may request a refund or a size or model exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
To make an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To make an exchange/return, you must follow the steps indicated in our exchange and return portal.
If an item has a defect or damage, you must contact us at web@ganzitos.com and send photos so we can manage it correctly. The product will not be considered defective if these instructions have not been followed.
You can request a size or style exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, please use the Returns & Exchanges Portal available at the bottom of our website, or click here, and follow these steps:
- Access our Rever Returns & Exchanges Portal using your order number and the email address you used to place your order.
- Select the item you would like to exchange and choose the new size or style you would like to receive. Complete the process and make sure all the information is correct.
- Once the process is complete, you will receive a return label. Please attach it to your securely packaged parcel and drop it off at one of the designated drop-off points (the closest locations to your postcode will be shown).
- As soon as your original order is received at our warehouse, we will begin preparing your replacement order so you can receive it as quickly as possible.
Please note that online orders cannot be exchanged in our physical store. Exchanges must be processed through the same sales channel used for the original purchase.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Request a return through the "Exchanges and Returns Portal" at the bottom of our website or here and follow these steps:
- Access our Rever exchanges and returns panel using your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
- Select the item you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return, and complete the process, ensuring all details are correct.
- Select a return method:
a. Return for a Ganzitos store credit.
c. Refund to the payment method used for the order. - Once the process is complete, you will receive a return label that you must affix to the perfectly packaged parcel. You must drop off the parcel at a drop-off point (the closest ones to your postal code will be shown).
Returns for online orders are not accepted at our physical store; they can only be processed through the same purchase channel used.
*OUTLET and SAMPLE SALE items are non-refundable; they can only be exchanged for a store credit with no expiration date or another item.
The shipping costs for exchanges will be as follows:
- Peninsula: First exchange free, 4.5€ for second and subsequent exchanges.
- Portugal: First exchange free (does not include Azores and Madeira), 4.5€ for second and subsequent exchanges.
- Balearic Islands: 7.95€.
- European Union: 6.50€ for the first pair, 4.5€ for second and subsequent pairs.
- United Kingdom: 10€ per pair.
- USA and Canada: 20€ per pair.
For other countries (including Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, and Madeira), we do not offer any exchange service at this time. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order by contacting us at web@ganitos.com
The shipping costs for returns will be as follows:
- Peninsula: 6.90€. From the second item onwards, transport management costs will be increased by 3.90€ per additional item. Returns for a voucher are free.
- Portugal: 6.90€. From the second item onwards, transport management costs will be increased by 3.90€ per additional item. Returns for a voucher are free.
- Balearic Islands: 11€. From the second item onwards, transport management costs will be increased by 3.90€ per additional item. Returns for a voucher are free.
- European Union: 15€ for the first pair returned. Second pair and subsequent pairs 10€ per item. Returns for a voucher are free.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway: 20€ for the first pair returned. Second pair and subsequent pairs 15€ per item. For returns for a voucher, 10€ will be deducted from the total amount.
- USA and Canada: 40€ per item. For returns for a voucher, 10€ will be deducted from the total amount.
- Rest of countries: 50€ per item.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For other countries (including Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, and Madeira), we do not offer any return service at this time. If you wish to return your purchase, you can do so by contacting us at web@ganitos.com
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at web@ganzitos.com, including your order number and attaching a clear photograph showing the defect.
Once we receive your email, our Quality Team will review your case and get back to you with the outcome and the next steps if the claim is accepted.
If you have received a different product from the one you ordered, please contact us at web@ganzitos.com stating your order number and attach a photograph clearly showing the model and size, along with the labeled area of the box. After sending the email, our quality team will review the case and we will contact you to inform you of the outcome and the steps to follow if the incident is accepted.
If you have received an incomplete order, please email us at web@ganzitos.com, indicating your order number and attaching a photo of the package received along with its contents. Our team will review the situation and send you the missing item as soon as possible.
