TERMS OF SERVICE
SECTION 1 - . INTRODUCTION
These general contracting conditions (the “General Conditions”) regulate the sale by GANZITOS, SL, with CIF number B85992816 (hereinafter, Ganzitos) to the Client (the “Client” or “User”) of the products offered by Ganzitos through its online store https://ganzitos.com/ (hereinafter, “the Website”) in accordance with the provisions of its product catalogue.
For the purposes of the provisions of these General Conditions, the products are directed exclusively to the Client or User (understood as the natural person over eighteen (18) years of age or the legal person duly represented), who acts as consumer or final recipient, and any professional activity of resale or distribution of the products purchased is prohibited.
These General Conditions will apply to each and every purchase that the User makes through the Website. https://ganzitos.com/ . The user acknowledges that he or she has the legal capacity to enter into and purchase the products and agrees to be bound by the provisions of these General Conditions.
These General Conditions will be completed and complemented with the Specific Conditions that may be established, adding in addition, the user's binding to the Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of said Website.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCT CATALOG: FEATURES AND AVAILABILITY.
The product supplied by GANZITOS will correspond to the descriptions and specifications contained on the website at the time of the order. Each product will have a product information sheet on the website, including the product name, images of the item, a brief description, and the retail price (in the corresponding currency).
The products offered on the Website are valid as long as they remain visible on the Website and are in stock. Each product will display the delivery time from the warehouse or, if the product is out of stock, the delivery time will always be calculated based on business days.
Special offers, promotions, or discounts are valid until the date indicated or while supplies last.
Likewise, Ganzitos makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on the Website is complete, truthful, and accurate. If any information is inaccurate, Ganzitos will correct it.
SECTION 3 - . PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to your shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon.

The shopping bag will contain the item reference, name, and price, in the corresponding currency, including taxes. The price shown does not include shipping, whose rates will vary depending on the shipping method selected.

To make a purchase, the customer's personal information will be required. This information will be added to our database to process the order and, where appropriate, facilitate subsequent purchases through the Website. The personal information provided by customers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers may access their personal information and information regarding orders placed at any time. Ganzitos reminds customers that their personal information must be fully and accurately provided to avoid confusion or incidents in the delivery of the purchased item(s). Furthermore, customers will receive personalized commercial communications tailored to their profile by email and/or SMS if specifically requested.

Before placing the order, the customer will be presented with a summary of the order, identifying the product(s) added to the shopping bag, their total price (including shipping and taxes), with a breakdown of each item and the order's shipping details. The customer can confirm the order by clicking the button labeled "Confirm Payment."
If you detect an error in your order before confirming payment, you can modify any details by clicking the "Edit" or "Delete" button. If you detect an error in your order after completing the payment process, please contact web@ganzitos.com .
SECTION 4 - . AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability. If, at the time of placing the order, Ganzitos detects that any of the products included in the order are out of stock in its warehouses, Ganzitos will attempt to locate the product through other available means. If such availability is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. Furthermore, the amount charged for the unshipped item will be refunded to the customer within the following days, using the same payment method used for the purchase .
SECTION 5 - . PRICE AND PAYMENTS

PRICE OF PRODUCTS
The price of the product will be the current price at the time the order is placed and, where applicable, after applying any applicable discounts to users with a specific discount code. The price offered to the customer is the final price, including legally applicable taxes and applicable fees as specified in the product information sheet at the time of ordering.
Our prices already include all taxes and duties for countries outside the European Union. There will be no additional charges when you receive your package.
Shipping costs must be paid along with the price of the selected product. Shipping costs will be detailed when placing the order .
In any case, the shipping cost is calculated based on the destination entered in the order form and according to the following :

Balearic Islands: €3.90.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €5.90
*In the case of the Canary Islands, the customer must pay the corresponding customs fees, if applicable, which will vary depending on the weight of the shipment. If the customer does not collect the order once it has cleared customs, they will be responsible for the costs of returning it. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. BILLING
The customer expressly consents to the issuance of the invoice in electronic format. Should the customer wish to receive a paper invoice, they may request it at any time by contacting web@ganzitos.com
3. PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods enabled in our online store are:

Debit, credit or prepaid card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express)

Klarna (payment in 3 installments, available for orders over €100 up to €1,500)

Scalapay (payment in 3 installments, available for orders over €100 up to €1,500)

PayPal (single payment or split payment, depending on PayPal's availability). Payments through PayPal carry a 3% processing fee, which the customer assumes when selecting this payment method (in the event of a refund, this PayPal fee, which is not our responsibility, will not be refunded).

SECTION 6 - . DELIVERY
For orders received before 12:00 p.m., shipments will be prepared that same day; orders arriving later will be processed the following day.
The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date it leaves our warehouse. This timeframe depends on the option chosen and only takes into account business days.
As soon as your order is ready to ship, we'll send you a confirmation email.
Below we detail the delivery times by destination:

NOTE: During special promotional periods and the Christmas holidays, delivery dates may be extended . These delivery times do not apply to pre-order orders whose delivery date is specified at the time of purchase.
If your order cannot be delivered, the courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery. If this is not possible, we will send you an email and your package will remain at the destination office for 1 week, waiting for you to pick it up. After this time, your order will be returned to our warehouse, in which case the new shipping costs will be borne by you.
The product will be deemed to have been delivered to the Customer's satisfaction when the Customer takes charge of it upon receipt. Upon delivery, the Customer will examine the product, verifying its quantity, condition, and integrity to their satisfaction, and accepting it by signing the corresponding delivery note, which will expressly waive any subsequent claims.
In the event that the customer detects any problem at the time of delivery of their order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products) they must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note and contact our customer service center through web@ganzitos.com within a maximum period of three (3) calendar days from receipt of the order.
SECTION 7 - ONLINE EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

CHANGES
The customer may request a change of size or model within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If the shoe box is used as a shipping box and is damaged due to this, the cost of the box will be deducted.
If an item has any defects or damage, you must contact us by email (web@ganzitos.com) and send us photos so we can properly address the issue. The product will not be considered defective if these instructions have not been followed.
For all countries in the European Union, please request a return through the "Returns and Exchanges Portal" at the bottom of our website here and follow the steps .
The shipping costs for the exchange will be as follows:

Peninsula: First change FREE. Second and subsequent changes will cost €4.50.

Portugal: First change FREE (does not include the Azores). Second and subsequent changes will cost €4.50.

Balearic Islands: €7.95.

European Union: €10
For all other countries (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Azores), we do not currently offer exchange services. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order (more information in the returns section of our website). To do this, you must request a return through the "Exchanges and Returns Portal" at the bottom of our website here and follow the steps .

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product(s) purchased and/or exchange them, without justification, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Ganzitos of their decision by email to web@ganzitos.com. Requests not exercised through the indicated procedure will not be honored.
To facilitate the return process, Ganzitos offers its own returns system. To use it, you must access the exchange and returns portal located in the footer of our website, click the return button, and follow the instructions. To use this system, the Product must be in the same condition as when received, including all labeling. The Customer must return the Product in the same box or envelope or in a similar format.
In order for Ganzitos to properly process the return, the Customer must include the return slip for the products inside the package. Otherwise, there is a very high risk that the order will not be located and the return will not be possible.
Without prejudice to the above procedure, the Customer may also exercise their right of withdrawal by using the withdrawal form . Ganzitos recommends including this form in the package so that we can properly process the refund. This return will not be accepted if no prior communication has been made via email to web@ganzitos.com. However, Ganzitos: (i) advises choosing a service with acknowledgment of receipt; (ii) will reject Products returned with cash on delivery at Ganzitos' expense; (iii) will not be responsible for cases in which the Product is not received; and (iii) will not be responsible for tracking or any type of management related to the return of an order.
The refund will include the full purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the product. Ganzitos informs you that the direct costs of the return will be borne by the customer requesting the refund.
SECTION 8. WARRANTIES
To customers who make purchases as consumers, Ganzitos offers guarantees on the products sold through the Website, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
In this regard, if the Product presents any defect and/or does not comply with the manufacturer's specifications, you must notify us as soon as possible by emailing web@ganzitos.com and sending us photos so we can properly address the issue. The product will not be considered defective if these instructions have not been followed. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
The products we sell often exhibit the characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics, such as variations in grain, texture, and color, are not considered defects or flaws. On the contrary, their presence should be expected and appreciated. We only select products of the highest quality, but natural characteristics are inevitable and should be accepted as part of the product's individual appearance.
Ganzitos provides customer complaint forms to ensure consumers' right to file complaints and ensure consistent handling of these complaints. To obtain one, you can download it from the Community of Madrid website or send an email to web@ganzitos.com, and we will provide one.
SECTION 9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise provided by law, Ganzitos will not accept any liability for the following cases:

Ganzitos takes every measure to ensure a faithful display of the product on the website, but is not responsible for any minor differences or inaccuracies that may exist due to a lack of screen resolution, problems with the browser being used, or other similar issues.

Ganzitos will not be liable for misuse and/or wear and tear of products used by the User. Ganzitos will also not be liable for incorrect returns made by the User. It is the User's responsibility to return the correct product.

Ganzitos shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by events beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). Force Majeure Events shall include any act, event, failure to perform, omission, or accident beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
- Impossibility of using trains, ships, airplanes, motor vehicles or other means of transport, public or private.
- Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.
- Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
Ganzitos' obligations under the Contracts will be deemed suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and it will have an extension of the time to perform such obligations for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. Ganzitos will use all reasonable means and diligence to attempt to perform its obligations despite the Force Majeure Event .
