RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

You may request a size or style exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us at web@ganzitos.com and send us photographs so that we can assess the issue correctly. An item will not be considered defective if these instructions have not been followed.

For all European Union countries, please request your exchange through the Returns & Exchanges Portal available at the bottom of our website and follow the instructions.

Exchange fees

  • Spain (Mainland): First exchange free of charge. €4.50 for second and subsequent exchanges.

  • Portugal: First exchange free of charge (excluding Azores and Madeira). €4.50 for second and subsequent exchanges.

  • Balearic Islands: €7.95.

  • European Union: €6.50 for the first pair. €4.50 for second and subsequent pairs.

  • United Kingdom: €10 per pair.

  • USA, Mexico & Canada: €20 per pair.

For all other countries (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores and Madeira), we currently do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order (please refer to the Returns section for more information).

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us at web@ganzitos.com and send us photographs so that we can assess the issue correctly.

Please note that online orders cannot be returned in our physical store. Returns must be processed through the same sales channel used for the purchase.

To request a return, please use the Returns & Exchanges Portal available at the bottom of our website and follow the instructions.

Return fees

  • Spain (Mainland): €6.90.

  • Portugal: €6.90.

  • Balearic Islands: €11.

For these three markets, from the second item onwards, transport handling costs increase by €3.90 per additional product.

Returns for store credit are free of charge.

  • European Union: €15 for the first returned pair. €10 per additional product. Returns for store credit are free of charge.

  • United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway: €20 for the first returned pair. €15 per additional product. For returns refunded as store credit, €10 will be deducted from the total amount.

  • USA, Mexico & Canada: €40 per product. For returns refunded as store credit, €10 will be deducted from the total amount.

  • Rest of the world: €50 per product.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Azores, shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. In these cases, please contact us at web@ganzitos.com and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

OUTLET and SAMPLE SALE items are non-refundable. They may only be exchanged for store credit with no expiry date or for another item.

Once the footwear has been received and inspected at our warehouse, the corresponding refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within a maximum of 10 days from confirmation of the return approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
