RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE
The customer may request a change of size or model within 14 days of receiving the product.

In order to make an exchange, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

If an item has any defects or damage, you must contact us by email (web@ganzitos.com) and send us photos so that we can handle it correctly. The product will not be considered defective if these instructions have not been followed.

For all European Union countries, request the change in the “Exchanges and Returns Portal” at the bottom of our website here and follow the steps.

Exchanges are not allowed in our physical shop for orders placed on the web, they can only be made through the same channel of purchase used.

The shipping costs of the change will be as follows:

  • Peninsula: First exchange is FREE. Second and subsequent changes will have a cost of 4,5€.
  • Portugal: First exchange FREE (Azores not included). Second and subsequent exchanges will have a cost of 4,5€.
  • Balearic Island: 7,95€
  • European Union: 5,95€.

* Subsequent changes will incur a charge of €4.50.

For the rest of the world (Including Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Azores):  we do not offer any exchange service at this time. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order (more information in the returns section). Request a return order at the bottom of our website here and place a new order with the exchange product you want.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The return period is 14 days from receipt of the order to delivery at the collection point.

To be able to make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with labels and in its original packaging. In the event that the shoebox is used as a shipping box and is damaged as a result, the cost of the box will be deducted from the amount of the return.

Returns of online orders are not accepted at our physical store; they can only be made through the same channel used for purchase.

Returns of products purchased on sale/outlet are eligible for exchange only within 14 days after delivery.

Request a return in the ‘Returns and Exchanges Portal’ at the bottom of our website here and follow the steps.

The return costs will be as follows:

  • Peninsula: 6,90€, Starting with the second product, management costs will increase by €3,90 per additional product.
  • Portugal: 6,90€, Starting with the second product, management costs will increase by €3,90 per additional product.
  • Balearic Islands: 11€, Starting with the second product, management costs will increase by €3,90 per additional product
  • European Union: 15€ per product
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Azores: 30€ per product
  • United Kingdom: 20€ per product
  • Switzerland: 20€ per product
  • USA, Mexico and Canada: 40€ per product
  • Rest of countries: 50€ per product

Once the shoes have been received and checked in our warehouse, the corresponding amount will be refunded in the same payment method used in the purchase in a maximum estimated time of 14 days from the confirmation of the acceptance of the return, depending on your bank.


⚠︎ OUTLET items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for a voucher with no expiry date or another item.
