HOW CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

CHANGES WITHIN THE PENINSULA

Step 1 : Request the exchange in the “Exchanges and Returns Portal” at the bottom of our website HERE or scan the QR code on your purchase receipt. Brand return product and quick exchange option.

Step 2 : You will receive an email with the instructions and label. Prepare the package and deliver it to your nearest post office.

Step 3 : In a few hours you will receive an email with the code with which to place the new order for the change you want.

The first change is FREE in Peninsula.

The Deadline to make a change is 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.

* Changes are not allowed in our physical store for orders placed through the website, they can only be made through the same purchasing channel used.

CHANGES OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA

For exchanges outside the Peninsula, the process is the same as in the Peninsula by accessing the "Returns Portal" that you can find in the footer of our website HERE and the shipping costs will be the following:

- Balearic Islands: €7.95

- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €13.95

- Portugal: €7.95

- European Union: €22.95

- USA: €39.90

*Second and subsequent changes will have a cost of €4


HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN OF MY ORDER?

Step 1 : Request the return in the “Exchanges and Returns Portal” at the bottom of our website HERE or scan the QR code on your purchase receipt. You will have the option of quick exchange for a code (voucher) or refund (according to the deadlines and instructions explained below).

Step 2 : You will receive an email with the instructions and label. Prepare the package and deliver it to your nearest post office.

Returns of items without the original box or with clear signs of use will not be accepted.

Returns for a voucher are FREE for Peninsula and The period is 30 days from receipt of the order until delivery to the post office.

Returns for money refunds have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order until delivery to the post office and in these cases the transportation costs (specified in the table below) will be deducted.

Once the footwear is received and reviewed in our warehouses, the amount paid will be refunded in the same payment method used in the purchase but never the transportation costs. This process can take approximately 20 days.

If an order is returned after a change, the management will cost €13. Subsequent changes will cost an additional €9.

* Returns are not accepted in our store physics , can only be done by the means explained above.

* For outlet items ("Last sizes" collection), the period will be 14 days and the money will not be returned, a purchase voucher with no expiration date will be given .

If an item has a defect or damage, you must contact us by email (web@ganzitos.es) and send us photos so we can manage it correctly.

RETURNS TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

For countries included in this Category, the customer will be responsible for shipping and customs costs derived from the return as well as tracking the shipment to our warehouse.

In these returns, it will be essential to include the purchase receipt of the order in the package.
