The customer may request a return or an exchange of size or model within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To make an exchange/return, you must follow the steps indicated in our Rever exchange and return panel.
If an item has any defects or damage, you must contact us at web@ganzitos.com and send photos so we can handle it correctly. The product will not be considered defective if these instructions have not been followed.

The item must be returned with the original box and its contents in perfect condition. In the event that the shoe box is used as a shipping box, suffering damage for this reason, the cost of the box, €4, will be deducted from the return amount.

If you want to change an item follow these steps:
1. Request a change to your order in the “Exchanges and Returns Portal” at the bottom of our website (here) .
2. Select the product you want to return and choose the new item you want: You can choose between a size change of the same product, or select any other product from the store (as long as it is available on the website).
3. Confirm your details: Confirm the address where you want us to pick up your order.
4. Payment method: If the product to be exchanged is of a higher value, you must select the payment method.
* If the product has a lower cost, the difference in amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. Prepare the items you wish to return in their original box and in secure packaging (we recommend using the original packaging). Don't forget to include the return receipt.
As soon as you deliver the package, the exchange order you have marked will be activated.
If you choose to return it to a collection point , you will have 14 days to drop off your package . After this period, it cannot be returned.
*OUTLET and SAMPLE SALE items are non-refundable; they may only be exchanged for a voucher with no expiration date or for another item.
